Private Equity & Debt Investments

We seek to build constructive and supportive relationships with owners and management teams. We target companies with $1mm to $5mm of EBITDA with strong businesses and exceptional management teams. We believe in the alignment of interests - creating shared goals and committing to succeeding together over the long term. Unlike many private equity firms, we do not require liquidity events within a specified timeline, which allows us to create value over long term time horizons.

Mortgage Loans

Our customized private mortgage loans are a great alternative for borrowers when conventional mortgage financing from financial institutions is not an option. We specialize in private residential and commercial mortgages in the GTA ranging from $100,000 to $10mm. We offer competitive rates and fast turnaround times.
